Canada Sales and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Nessis. We appreciate your business with our company and ensure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.
Standard Return Policy
We fundamentally believe you will be pleased with the products you purchase from the Nessis Store. That’s because we have designed the products to work together in an easy to use manner. We understand, however, that sometimes a product (software) may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a software
Simply notify use in writing (email) within 14 days of the date you receive the software, and we’ll offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following:
• Our product is SaaS (Software as a Service model so no official download is required, for termination of our software for cash or cash equivalent, and transactions over $750, Nessis will mail a refund cheque to you within 10 business days. Transactions less than $750.00 will be processed using your card payment on file.
• Nessis uses third party payment services Chase Payment (for Credit Card payment) to protect your personal / company information. If the company / individuals credit card is declined, the customer will be granted 30 days to correct the situation. If the account is not brought up to date, then the software access will be removed until the account is brought up to date (current)
Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections
Nessis reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at/on the Nessis Store at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the Payment & Pricing page. In the event you have been charged more than the posted price for a product in our Nessis Retail Store, please contact our help desk at http://nessis.alltrac.ca for a refund of the overcharge.
Should Nessis reduce its price on any Nessis branded product within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your product. Contact the Nessis Customer Service at 1-888-398-5258 to request a refund or credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price. To receive the refund or credit you must contact Nessis within 14 calendar days of the price change. Please note that this excludes limited-time price reductions, such as those that occur during special sales events, such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday.
Price protection is only available for up to 10 units of a particular product. Additionally, we may require that you have the contact information for the product with you or otherwise have proof of possession when requesting price protection.
Prices shown are in Canadian dollars. If you are paying for your order with an international Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card, please note that the purchase price may fluctuate with exchange rates. In addition, your bank or credit card issuer may also charge you foreign conversion charges and fees, which may also increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank or credit card issuer regarding these fees.
Nessis may, in its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity. Nessis may also require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order. Once we receive your Online or Call Center order, we’ll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify Nessis’ acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. The Nessis Store reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If Nessis cancels an order after you have already been billed, Nessis will refund the billed amount.
Once an order has been confirmed, access to the software will be provided through email. A unique user name and password will be provided. Ensure you have checked your junk mailbox to ensure Nessis email has been allowed to be accessed through your provider and company firewalls. Nessis is not responsible for the providers and computers owned and operated by the customer.
The Nessis Store sells products to end-user customers only, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are purchasing products for resale.
